Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery as orders are sent out weekly in bulk. 

To ensure the safe delivery of your calendar, all orders will be carefully packaged in a sturdy box,  For all orders within the United Kingdom, we offer postage and packaging (P&P) fee of £3.99 for one mug. Please note that in cases where multiple mug purchases are being sent to the same address and a larger parcel may be required and therefore postage amount will increase.

- Refunds will be issued to the **original payment method** used for the purchase. - It may take up to **10 business days** for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges for the mugs. If you receive a damaged or faulty mug and wish to receive a replacement, please follow the return process mentioned above. Once we have confirmed the damage or fault, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
